H.O.O.P. (Helping Our Own People)

H.O.O.P. is a group of members who provide services to congregational members who need short-term help, including Respite Care, Emergency transportation, and minor home repairs. 

 

Fellowship and Friends

Fellowship and Friends make the schedule for the year for various groups to bring in breakfast items for in-between the services.  At 8 a.m. they set-up, at 10 and 11 a.m. they serve, and they clean-up at 11:30 a.m .

 

Membership Nurture & Care work behind the scenes: providing pamphlets, sending out cards, keeping in touch with new people, providing funeral meals, making visits to Twin Towers , etc. They meet once a quarter.

 

CARS Ministry happens four times a year. This ministry provides free oil changes and fluid checks on vehicles at completely no cost. This is intended to help those who are single, single parents, widows, widowers and any other individual who can not otherwise afford this very important and regular maintenance on your vehicle.
